Grape variety: Malvasia di Candia Aromatica
Production area: Matildic hills in the province of Reggio Emilia, a highly suitable area, located on silt-clayey soils
Harvest: Grapes selected and harvested by hand
Alcohol content: 11% VOL.
Vinification: Crushing-destemmer, then soft pressing and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature on its own yeasts. The second fermentation takes place at a low temperature in an autoclave
Organoleptic characteristics: Evanescent foam with fine and persistent perlage. Straw yellow color. Fruity aroma, of good intensity, with notes of peach, banana and floral note of lime. Flavor with a fresh taste, good structure, on the palate it is soft, harmonious and complete.
Pairings: Ideal for aperitifs, appetizers and fish.
Service temperature: 5° -6°
